IGU 2 Part Secondary Sealant GD116 Polysulfide - Two Part 210 Litre Drum
Kommerling ® GD116 is a 2 part Polysulphide specially designed for sealing insulated glass units
Solvent free
Low moisture vapour transmission rate and good gas retention
Application surface must be cleaen, dry and free from fatty residue
12 month shelf life when stored correctly
Mixing Ratio: By Volume - 100:10 Mixing Ratio: By Weight - 100:8.8
Mixed Pot Life: Standard 40-90 minutes (Pot life is influenced by room conditions)
Hardening: Approx 2-5 hours depending on pot life
Adhesion: Excellent on glass, aluminium, stainless steel, galvanished steel. Peel strength 180° to glass with cohesive failure: 110N/25mm
